For a Pecuniary Gift (a specific sum of money):
- “I give the sum of £_____ to The Black Watch Regimental Trust Ltd (Registered Charity Number SC005848), Balhousie Castle, Hay Street, Perth, PH1 5HR, to be used for its general charitable purposes. I further direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or other duly authorised officer of the said charity shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said gift.”
For a Residuary Gift (a percentage or all of your remaining estate):
- “I give the whole (or _____% share) of my residuary estate to The Black Watch Regimental Trust Ltd (Registered Charity Number SC005848), Balhousie Castle, Hay Street, Perth, PH1 5HR, to be used for its general charitable purposes. I further direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or other duly authorised officer of the said charity shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said gift.”
For a Specific Gift (an item or particular asset):
