Bistro and Events Assistant Manager
Location: Balhousie Castle, Hay Street, Perth PH1 5HR
Salary: £23,700 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shifts: Day and Night shifts
As the Bistro and Events Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our bistro and event spaces. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in event coordination. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the bistro, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Lead and support the Food & Beverage staff, providing training and motivation.
Assist in event planning and execution, including client interactions and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback effectively to enhance service quality.

Commis Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
