Making It Yours

You are welcome to personalise your ceremony space with flowers, aisle décor, and music, as long as arrangements are agreed in advance with our Events Team. We work closely with trusted local florists, cake designers, and décor specialists who can help bring your vision to life.

Reception Options

After your ceremony, guests can gather for a drinks reception in the Courtyard or the Waterloo Room, depending on the weather. These spaces offer a comfortable environment for socialising and photography while other areas are prepared for your dining or evening celebration. Our team will ensure everything is ready for a smooth transition between spaces, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Dining

The Queen Mother Room can accommodate up to 90 guests for seated dining, with flexible table layouts to suit your style. Options include round tables, long banquet-style arrangements, or a combination of both, and additional table styles can be arranged through our trusted local hire partners. For larger celebrations, the Queen Mother Room can be combined with the Bistro to seat up to 150 guests, allowing everyone to dine together comfortably. Our catering team provides a range of menu options, from plated meals to buffet-style dining, tailored to suit the tone of your event.

Evening Celebrations

In the evening, the Bistro becomes the main space for dancing and entertainment, with a dancefloor at the fireplace end of the room. The coffee and cake station can be transformed into a bar area, while the Waterloo Room and the upper end of the Bistro are set up with relaxed seating for guests. Lighting, music, and furniture layouts can be adapted to create the right ambience, whether you are hosting a live band, DJ, or a more informal gathering. Additional extras such as photo booths, cocktail stations, or other entertainment can be arranged in consultation with our Events team.
