Museum Day Ticket

Discover The Black Watch Museum, home of the oldest Highland Regiment in the British Army, with over 300 years of history from 1739 to the present day. Explore the story of the regiment through uniforms, artefacts, archives, and personal accounts that trace its service across the world.

This ticket includes unlimited return visits for one year, allowing you to revisit as often as you like within 12 months of purchase. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email which acts as your admission ticket and should be shown on arrival.

*From 25 June to 1 September 2026, standard Museum admission tickets are available at a reduced price as part of the UK Government Great British Summer Savings scheme. Tickets continue to be upgraded to an Annual Pass at no additional cost. Find out more here.

By selecting this option, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that The Black Watch Museum will reclaim 25p on every £1 of the total paid at no additional cost to you. This will be directed towards The Black Watch Regimental Trust’s charitable objectives, which can be found on our website. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for paying any difference if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on your donation. This declaration applies to your current purchase and any future donations you make to The Black Watch Museum. You can notify us if you wish to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income or capital gains. Admission Ticket

This ticket provides entry to The Black Watch Museum and includes unlimited return visits for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please present your confirmation email at the front desk on arrival.

The museum tells the story of The Black Watch, the oldest Highland Regiment in the British Army, through a collection of exhibits, objects, and archives covering more than 300 years of service and history.

This ticket does not include group bookings, guided tours, special events, lectures, craft activities, or venue hire. Access to these experiences may be available at an additional cost depending on availability.

To receive a full refund you may cancel up to 24 hours before the date you are due to visit. No refunds will be given after that time period.
