  1. It is good to see that you have selected Hugh Paterson 6th Bn Black Watch service number 1657. I have a photo album from WW1 and in my photo album I have a studio Portrait of Hugh Paterson standing in front of a back drop of the Forth bridge. He was killed by accident by a train at Dalmeny Station on November 25th 1914. I have the complete story on Hugh Paterson as to how he was killed on November 25th 1914 and he was only 16 years old.

  2. You are very welcome black watch museum. I just wanted to add that I have quite a number of photos in a photo album that Tommy Byers put together during WW1. He waas in the 6th Bn and 9th Bn Black Watch Royal Highlanders Territorials. There are close to 400 images in my album and most of the photos are named and dated from 1909 through to 1920. I am trying to find information on the people in my photo album. It has been quite the struggle to find any information on the Black Watch Regiments.
