On June 6th, 80 years ago, the world witnessed one of the most pivotal moments in history: D-Day. As we remember the 80th Anniversary of this monumental event, we invite you to join us for a commemorative concert.
This occasion serves as a tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and heroism of the soldiers, sailors and airmen who embarked on the daring mission to liberate Europe during World War II. Through stirring performances and heartfelt melodies, we honour the memory of those who fought and fell on the beaches of Normandy.
Featuring moving performances and musical pieces by esteemed guests including the Scottish Police and Community Choir, Michael Ellacott, Pipe Major Alistair Duthie and more.
Tickets are available for £25 for the concert or £50 for the concert and pre-concert supper package, offering a complete evening of reflection and camaraderie.
At 9:15pm join us outside for the symbolic lighting of the beacon, a solemn tribute to honour the memory of those who served and to commemorate the sacrifices made by those who participated in the invasion of Normandy.
