Easter Fun at Balhousie Castle
Saturday 30th March | 10am-2pm | £10 per child, accompanying adult free
Join us for an egg-citing day filled with Easter activities that promises to create a memorable Easter Experience for the whole family
Activities throughout the day include:
• The Great Easter Egg Hunt
Solve clues and riddles to help the Easter bunny find his golden egg, hidden amidst the bushes and trees in our Castle Garden.
•Easter Egg Gallery Trail
Egg-splore the wonders of our Museum by following the trail of eggs through the galleries to unlock the secret code & win a prize!
• Easter Cookie Decorating
Kids can get hands-on with colourful icing to decorate their own Easter shaped cookies.
• Easter themed Crafts
Get into the Easter spirit by crafting rabbit ears and creating an egg-shaped suncatcher.
• Outdoor Activities and Games
A perfect way for families to bond and enjoy the fresh air during this joyous Easter celebration.

We’ll be crafting with recycled egg cartons, shaping them into the perfect wreath base and fashioning charming flowers to decorate your wreath. It’s a fantastic way to upcycle and add a touch of homemade beauty to your front door.
Creepy Crawly Quest
Thursday 4th April | 11am-12pm, 2pm-3pm | £5 per child
Venture into the Castle gardens and discover the fascinating world of the critters that call it “home.” Then design your very own creepy crawly friends! Paint these newfound creepy crawlies onto stones, creating unique and additions for your own gardens.
Feathered Friends Fun

Spring is a time for new beginnings and our feathered friends are looking for somewhere to call home. This delightful activity is perfect for families where your little ones will embark on a creative journey, using recycling cartons to craft their very own birdhouses.
