The Copper Beech Café is pleased to announce that their sourcing policy of using Scottish produce has earned them the Taste the Best Award. Moira Bartrop, the Café’s Front of House Manager tells us, “We are delighted to be recognised for our contribution to raising awareness of the fantastic larder available to people dining in Scotland. In using the best local produce available we are continuing our efforts to support local producers and suppliers. It is testament to the hard work of the whole team at The Black Watch Castle that we have achieved this award.”
