Platinum Jubilee Street Party at the Castle

To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, we invite to our Courtyard Street Party!

Gather with friends and family to enjoy homemade sausage rolls, sandwiches, Victoria sponge cake, scones with lashings jam and cream along with pots of tea (or coffee) and juice.

Enjoy live music from the popular vocal harmony group The McAndrews Sisters.

Meet cheeky military mascot pony Cpl Cruachan IV.

Get creative with fun, family crafts including corgi masks, design and make your own Jubilee crown and silhouette portrait to take home.

Play make believe with our children’s dressing up stations throughout the museum.

Traditional games in the Castle grounds.

Enter our cake decorating competition to showcase your imagination and creativity. To enter simply bring along your cake on the day.

Help us to make the Castle Platinum Path by laying your painted pebbles in the grounds. You can either make your pebbles at home and bring them with you or paint them on the day. if you would like to have your painted pebble included but cant make the day then drop of at the Castle Gift shop by Thursday 2nd June.

Ticket price includes street party food and drink, all day access to the Museum and all activities.
