Activities on the Day

Bunting Making
Let’s work as a team to design and decorate beautiful bunting flags. You can donate your bunting to help us to adorn the Castle grounds or you can take it with you to brighten up your home.

Painted Pebbles
Get busy with paints, pens and pebbles to make your own unique stone. You can use your stone to help us create a cairn in the Castle grounds or take it away to decorate your home or garden.

The bunting making and painted pebbles sessions are bookable and free with your admission ticket. Reserve your place online here

Word Puzzle Trail
Explore the Museum and Castle grounds to solve clues and discover the hidden letters to make a word and win a prize.

Our Rainbow Wall
Use our colourful card to write your message of reflection, hope and kindness to help us create a rainbow shaped tribute to our community.

Time Capsule
Help us to bury our time capsule which will contain items from 2020-2021 painting a picture of what life was like for the Perthshire community during the pandemic. Our capsule will be underground for future generations to unlock a box filled with the history of this unusual time.

Build a Cairn
Bring a painted pebble or make your own at the Castle and join us as we stack the stones over our time capsule to create a colourful rock cairn in the grounds.

The McAndrews Sisters
Enjoy live music throughout the day from vintage vocal trio The McAndrews Sisters

This is a limited ticket event which will follow Scottish government Covid-19 guidelines
