During the sessions, children will have the opportunity to participate in tartan weaving and make their own hairy haggis while listening to the Scottish dialect
During the sessions, children will have the opportunity to participate in tartan weaving and make their own hairy haggis while listening to the Scottish dialect storytelling of the Stickman. They can also follow our Burns-themed trail through the museum.
For an additional £5 per child and accompanying adult, you can take part in our optional Children’s Highlight Tour at 1pm. This 30-minute tour will take you through the museum’s fascinating exhibits and is an excellent opportunity for the kids to learn about the history and culture of The Black Watch.
While you’re here, be sure to check out the live performances happening throughout the day in the bistro and indulge in some delicious Scottish cuisine.
