All our shipping rates are calculated based on the approximate weight of the total order. This is the fairest method we could find to ship our products, you only pay the weight of your package. To include postage costs would disadvantage you, the buyer, for multiple orders.
For UK orders we offer 5 methods of Royal Mail Shipping.
- Special Delivery - guaranteed next business day delivery before 1pm (after the order is dispatched)
- First Class - Usually 1 business day (after the order is dispatched)
- First Class Recorded - Usually 1 business day (after the order is dispatched)
- Second Class - 2-3 business days (after the order is dispatched)
- Standard Parcels - 3-5 business days (after the order is dispatched)

International orders.
- We ship to all countries around the world via Royal Mail Airmail. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. The maximum weight we can ship is 5kg via this method, if your package weighs more than that please contact us for revised shipping costs.
Refunds and Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the product to us in original condtion within two weeks, and you will receive a FULL REFUND of the purchase price including postage and packaging where the product has been damaged or sent incorrectly.
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or it was not the item you thought it was, just return the product to us in original condtion within two weeks, we will offer a FULL REFUND of the purchase price less postage and packaging.
