Excellence in Tourism and Leisure Award1st Dec 2016

The Black Watch Castle and Museum collected the coveted Excellence in Tourism and Leisure Award at the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Awards on 25th November.

Anne Kinnes, CEO of the Castle and Museum said, “We are thrilled to have been recognised as a top visitor attraction committed to providing excellence in the sector of tourism and leisure. We have had an extraordinary year which has seen us welcome over 120,000 visitors during the 12 weeks we hosted the Poppies:Weeping Window sculpture.  This award is testament to the dedication, hard work, enthusiasm and commitment of our team. I would like to extend my congratulations to all those businesses who were shortlisted in this category.
